Upon learning that not only had Si Jinyan regained his memories, but the loss-of-control symptoms caused by his pheromone disorder were also improving, Chi Li was very happy.
Si Jinyan did not explain in detail why he was recovering, and Chi Li seemed to sense something as well, so he did not ask further.
But after some time, Si Jinyan began to regret saying that he had completely recovered.

Chi Li was using that excuse again, making Si Jinyan regret it so much his teeth itched. "I think there's still a tiny bit that hasn't healed."
Chi Li had already lain down. With his eyes closed, he repeated, "No."
Si Jinyan had no sense of restraint.
Over this period, Chi Li had looked up a great deal of information related to mermaids. The most common descriptions were that mermaids were highly lustful, violent by nature, skilled at bewitching people's hearts, and so on.
As for the other descriptions, Chi Li still needed to investigate them, but he could not agree more with the first one.
