Take It Back, or I'll Kill You

Tenka's sudden praise left all three of them feeling flattered and surprised!

None of them had expected this person to praise anyone.

The shadow Tenka had cast over them yesterday had simply been too great!

Sasuke was doing somewhat better, but Naruto and Sakura had both seen someone die right in front of them for the first time!

"Come with me!"

Tenka led the three of them all the way to a small river, leaving them curious.

Why were the other teams carrying out missions while they had come here instead of accepting one?

"Sensei, why aren't we taking a mission?"

Other than thick-skinned Naruto, no one else would have dared to ask.

"First, the three of you have terrible chakra control!"

"The other teams are taking missions because they've already received training in that area at home!"

"Second, we won't be taking those missions involving catching cats and dogs!"

In the end, Sakura was the first to complete the tree-climbing training. By the time she began practicing water walking, Naruto's progress was still utterly miserable!

It was as though he had seen straight through Naruto's mental space, past the seal, and directly at the Nine-Tails.

"Take it back!"

"Or I'll kill you!"

"Get lost!"

Damn it, it was one thing for this old man to have been controlled by the Sharingan several times in his life, but now even a pair of Byakugan dared to act so recklessly before him?

The Nine-Tails was furious. Damn it, what was this tiny pair of Byakugan acting so high and mighty for?

"Seeking death!"

"Golden Wheel Reincarnation Explosion!"

The Byakugan in the air changed in an instant. A golden longsword condensed and slashed viciously down at the Nine-Tails!

"The Tenseigan!"

"How is that possible?"

"Stop!"

"This old man admits defeat!"

The Nine-Tails' eyes widened in terror as it hurriedly begged for mercy. It was no stranger to the Tenseigan!

It could see outside through Naruto's eyes and knew that it was Tenka standing in front of Naruto.

There was no time. The Nine-Tails hastily condensed a Tailed Beast Ball, hoping to block the golden longsword for a moment!

The anticipated thunderous collision never came. The Tailed Beast Ball was sliced in half directly before the Nine-Tails!

The golden longsword continued slashing down at the Nine-Tails. Swish!

The Nine-Tails was split cleanly in two. The golden longsword stopped the instant it finished cutting through it!

Nothing here had been damaged. That degree of control left the Nine-Tails, which was reforming its body, clicking its tongue in amazement!

More than ten minutes later, the Nine-Tails finally reformed its body. It was much smaller than before!

It would need a great deal of time to absorb chakra before it could recover.

"I'll say it one more time!"

"Take back your chakra!"

"If you dare cause trouble again, I'll keep cutting until you disappear!"

After saying that, Tenka directly dispersed the Tenseigan. The Nine-Tails stared at where those eyes had vanished.

It lay back down in its place and silently withdrew the chakra it had released. Though it feared neither heaven nor earth, it had become a little more obedient!

Feeling the Nine-Tails' chakra recede, Tenka said to Naruto:

"Now, go try again!"

Naruto had no idea what this frightening teacher had done, but he was more than happy to get farther away from him!

He instantly ran back beneath the tree where he had been training. Staying beside Tenka was simply too suffocating.

When Naruto tried again, he suddenly discovered that it was much easier than before!

He shot far above the mark he had made earlier. What exactly had his teacher done?

Naruto didn't know, but it made him respect Tenka even more!

Not only was he strong, but with a casual touch, he could make Naruto improve by such a huge amount!

Naruto was instantly brimming with motivation. Looking at Sasuke in the distance, he saw that Sasuke was not much higher than him!

Catch up to him!

Seeing Naruto rapidly catch up, Sasuke grew anxious inside and pushed himself even harder!

The two competed against each other until they were covered in wounds, taking turns running over to Tenka!

After being treated, they returned without a word and continued grinding away at the tree!

At last, the two of them completely mastered tree climbing!

Naruto was still one or two minutes later than Sasuke, which left him extremely dissatisfied!

His gaze shifted to the small river. Here, he had to surpass that smug Sasuke!

By the time the two rivals rushed toward the river, Sakura was already able to walk freely across the water!

He waved to signal Sakura to come over!

"Sensei, I did it!"

"Mm."

"Very good!"

"Watch carefully. This is what I'll teach you next!"

Tenka walked over to a huge boulder, clenched his fist, and threw a punch at it.

"Boom!"

The enormous boulder instantly shattered into pieces, leaving a huge crater in the ground!
