The First Results of the First Project

With the official naming of Starsea Studio and all the funds in place, the gears of the project finally began to turn.

Their next core tasks were clear yet arduous: finalize the product designs and establish production and sales channels.

Neither task could be rushed. Knowing that careful work produced fine results and that quality was the foundation of a brand, the four of them decided to proceed steadily.

Thus, alongside their fulfilling freshman year at the California Institute of Technology, their spare time became completely occupied by this shared venture.

The burden of product design mainly fell on Lin Hai and Peter. As a result, an unusual scene often appeared in the living room or on the balcony of their little building:

Peter wore his red-and-blue Spider-Man suit, striking one dynamic, tension-filled pose after another. He might be crouched and ready to spring, hanging upside down, or captured in the instant after firing Silk and before swinging away.

As a result, he had to hold the same pose like a statue, without moving, for ten or even twenty minutes at a time.

Beside him, Lin Hai held a professional camera and tripod, photographing and filming him from every angle without a single blind spot. The repeated clicks of the shutter and the faint hum of the camera became the dominant soundtrack between them.

Lin Hai needed to capture the texture of every fiber on the suit, the contours of Peter's muscles, the reflections on his lenses, and the structure of the web-shooters, providing the most precise references for later product modeling and physical production.

The process was nothing short of torture for both of them.

Naturally, Peter suffered the most. He was lively and restless by nature, and making him maintain a static pose for so long felt worse
