For most ordinary students, senior year might mean the pressure of a graduation thesis, anxiety over job hunting, or an important choice about their future path.
But for Lin Hai, the arrival of senior year reminded him that the major events destined to shake the world in the original timeline were about to officially begin.
His graduation thesis was hardly a problem; producing decent results was merely a matter of time. Job hunting was even less of a concern, considering that Starsea Studio, led by him, already brought in a very respectable annual revenue.
After all, only about half a year remained until Tony Stark—the man who would one day shock the world with the declaration, "I am Iron Man"—experienced the kidnapping in a desolate valley somewhere in Afghanistan that would change his life forever.
Thus, while his classmates were tearing their hair out over their futures, Lin Hai devoted a considerable portion of his energy to preparations for the approaching moment when the curtain would rise.
First, he sought out Peter and Harry.
"Peter, Harry, I need a favor," Lin Hai said bluntly. "I need a batch of miniature cameras, quite a few of them, and the requirements are rather specific."
"Miniature cameras? Easy. There are already mature designs on the market; we just need to improve them a little." Peter patted his chest confidently. Harry nodded as well, indicating that it would not be a problem.
However, as Lin Hai began listing his specific requirements, their expressions gradually shifted from relaxed to serious and puzzled.
"First, I want this batch of cameras completed by the beginning of next year." Lin Hai held up one finger.
Peter blinked. "That soon? About how many do you need?"
"At least twenty, depending on the limit of what you can make." Lin
