Master Lintra stood in the courtyard. He had gathered every survivor resting there, and his expression was grave as he announced, "Her zombie army has reached the Sky Pillar in Wakanda. She's making her move!"
"Good. We're ready too."
Lily Williams dusted off her hands and gave a cold smile. "A zombie army? Let them come. However many there are, we'll take them!"
Unlike the confident Lily, Zombie Hawkeye remained cool. Leaning against a stone pillar in the corner, he swept his gaze over the group before settling on Master Lintra. "Where's Miles?" he asked hoarsely.
Miles emerged from the other side, carrying a glowing sphere made of countless golden components that rotated and rearranged themselves.
Inside it, stars seemed to flare and die. An indescribable energy flickered through it, lending it an almost sacred aura.
"The Dawnlight research is in its final stages. Just a few more minutes." Miles looked at the sphere, then at Master Lintra. "So we're leaving now, right?"
"That's right." Master Lintra nodded, a trace of helplessness in his voice. "In fact, the battle has probably... already begun."
"Oh, got it." Miles turned to Baron Zemo, who had remained silent. "Ready, Colonel?"
"I'm standing by." Baron Zemo gave him a cold look. "I can guarantee that once the battle starts, no enemy fighter will interfere with your operation in Wakanda... But seriously, I hate it when you call me that."
