The white light faded.

A battle axe hung in the air. Its head was pitch-black, like a miniature black hole swallowing all surrounding light. Its handle was a deep wood color, wrapped in patterns that seemed almost alive.

Thor was charred all over, wisps of smoke still rising from him. He staggered to his feet, each step leaving an electrified footprint on the metal floor. He stretched out a trembling hand and gripped the wooden axe handle.

A violent surge of energy rushed into his body.

"Try the Bifrost." Chu Hang's voice came from nearby.

Thor obeyed instinctively. With a roar, he raised the battle axe high overhead.

He himself became a beacon that drew lightning. Cosmic dust in the sky was ionized, blue-white lightning serpents winding madly around the axe. At the edge of the blade, a rainbow-colored vortex began to twist and form, radiating the power to tear through space.

"Not here." Chu Hang merely waved a hand.

The surrounding space instantly turned viscous, as though it had solidified into amber. The Bifrost energy that was about to erupt was forcibly pressed back and vanished without a trace.

"It'll tear this place apart," Chu Hang added.

Thor panted heavily. He could feel the battle axe humming in his hand with dissatisfaction, like a ferocious beast trapped in a cage.

He needed a target, one large enough to vent this power.

He turned his head and locked his gaze on a gigantic meteor in the distance, more than several kilometers across.

Without another thought, he threw the battle axe with all his strength.

The axe vanished the instant it left his hand.

The next second, it appeared directly before the massive meteor.

There was no sound, no explosion, not even the slightest energy fluctuation.

A clean, crisp cut appeared
