Due to genetic mutation, the Mantis Warriors' Gene-seed secreted an additional neurotoxin that altered their physiological functions and enhanced their perception of space and time.
This distinctive state, named "War Will Obsession," greatly strengthened the Mantis Warriors' perception of time and space, allowing them to enter a state of "slowed time," in which everyone else looked like a PowerPoint slideshow.
However, this state was irreversible, and it also made them focus solely on their target while ignoring their surroundings.
Thus, Huron intended to prepare another small gift for the two Chapters, one capable of alleviating their negative mutations.

Besides the newly added Decisions, the System Panel had undergone quite a few other changes.
