The Titan Troll clutched his head, nearly in tears. Even under Erming's slaps, he stubbornly refused to move forward.
Seeing the thousands upon thousands of scorpions ahead only made Erming angrier. He slapped the back of the Titan Snow Demon King's head again.
"What the hell are you bawling about? They're already right in front of us, and you're telling me you don't dare go over there?"
The Titan Troll ducked his head and muttered,
"Kill one of these things and a whole swarm comes after you. Who'd provoke them for no reason?"
Erming glared at him and snapped,
"You dare talk back?"
Nearby, Daming lowered his bovine head slightly. Faint lightning danced between his horns, and his enormous body coiled around the carriage as he stared coldly at the surrounding Ice Jade Scorpions, letting a trace of his hundred-thousand-year soul beast aura seep out.
"Enough. Stop giving him a hard time."
