Early the next morning, Ye Yu and the others gathered, and before long, Zhao Wuji arrived.
Flender had told Zhao Wuji to take Ye Yu and the others to the Star Dou Great Forest to obtain a Soul Ring for Oscar. Zhao Wuji did not want to go at all. He did not even want to leave the house, because his injuries had yet to heal, but there was nothing he could do about it.
Zhao Wuji walked over, and aside from Ye Yu, everyone else froze.
Zhao Wuji's face was bruised and swollen, especially the dark circles around both eyes, like panda eyes. His sorry appearance made everyone unable to hold back their laughter.
Zhao Wuji felt utterly embarrassed and said in a low voice, "What are you laughing at? Itching for a beating?"
Zhao Wuji glared at Dai Mubai, but his gaze did not turn to glare at Tang San or Ye Yu.
Zhao Wuji said to Ye Yu, "You lead the team."
Ye Yu arranged, "I'll be in front. Rongrong and Xiao Ao will be behind me. Fatty and Xiao Wu will be on either side of Rongrong and Xiao Ao. Tang San, Mubai, and Zhuqing will bring up the rear."
Ye Yu and the others began traveling. Along the way, whenever the others grew tired, they ate Oscar's Recovery Sausage to replenish their stamina, while Ye Yu did not need it.
By dusk, Ye Yu and the others arrived at a small town. It was not far from the Star Dou Great Forest.
"Let's find an inn and rest first. We'll enter the Star Dou Great Forest tomorrow morning."
Soon, after they found an inn, Zhao Wuji returned to his room.
Ye Yu left alone first to walk around the town and buy some heavier weights.
