Ye Yu avenged his companions, survived a rampage of Extreme Evil Power, and recovered in Taoyuan Village while protecting its residents. After cultivating in the abyss and accepting the Hellwind Dragon King’s Sacrifice, he prepared to leave the village stronger.

• Ye Yu defeated a Soul Sage and defended Xiao Wu from Bibi Dong, then Tang Hao arrived and drove back Spirit Hall’s Titled Douluo.
• Ye Yu’s Extreme Evil Power awakened, and the Twilight Black Dragon appeared, destroyed Spirit Hall, and forced Bibi Dong and the others to kneel before leaving his power with Ye Yu.
• Ye Yu and his allies reached the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect, where Ye Yu fought a group loyal to Dai Weisi and protected Dai Mubai and Zhu Zhuqing before collapsing after a brutal battle.
• Ling Qiulu found Ye Yu unconscious and nursed him in Taoyuan Village, where he struggled to control his power and later killed bandits who threatened the villagers.
• Ye Yu confronted White Impermanence and Wu Chang, killed them and their subordinates, then recovered with Spirit-Replenishing Herbs while the villagers and Qiulu watched over him.
• Ye Yu descended into the abyss to cultivate for two years, raising his Soul Power to level 60 before finding the Hellwind Dragon King in a hidden cavern.
• The Hellwind Dragon King told Ye Yu how the Evil Eye Tyrant Clan destroyed his clan, then sacrificed himself to give Ye Yu a Soul Ring and Spirit Bone.
• Ye Yu reached level 63, developed new speed abilities, climbed out of the abyss, and prepared to leave Taoyuan Village after promising Qiulu he would keep her black down coat.

After Qiulu’s death, Ye Yu destroyed Hundred Emperors City, then entered the City of Slaughter and completed the Hell Road trial with Hu Liena. He entered a cursed realm with Zhao Long and Qian Renxue, where their battles against Dark Bodies led to a trial that left Qian Renxue facing her Fallen Six-winged Angel.

• Ye Yu reunited with Zhuqing, learned Qiulu had saved him, and set out for the City of Slaughter while Bibi Dong placed a bounty on him.
• When attackers targeted Ye Yu and the villagers, Qiulu died protecting him, and Ye Yu killed the three Soul Douluo before Zhuqing restrained him with the Seal Evil Pendant.
• Ye Yu left to avenge Qiulu, destroyed Hundred Emperors City, and killed Li Gucheng after defeating Wang Ba and the city’s forces.
• Ye Yu joined Tang San and Tang Hao near the City of Slaughter, entered the city, and defeated Terror Knight Xing Kete before Hu Liena recognized him.
• Ye Yu and Hu Liena won their hundredth arena matches, rejected the King of Slaughter’s offer to skip Hell Road, and completed the trial, with Ye Yu reaching its exit in under ten minutes.
• After leaving with Divine Slaughter’s Domain, Ye Yu entered a cursed realm and met Zhao Long and Qian Renxue, who warned him that using Soul Power could create a Dark Body.
• Ye Yu killed Zhao Long’s Dark Body, then joined Zhao Long, Qian Renxue, Tang Long, and Tang Hu in hunting the remaining Dark Bodies before they entered the Heavenly Ladder trial.
• In the trial, Ye Yu faced doubling waves of Skeleton Soldiers, while Qian Renxue emerged from her battle and prepared to fight her Fallen Six-winged Angel alone.

Ye Yu helped Tang San confront the Clear Sky Sect’s elders, then left with him for Shrek Academy, where the old friends reunited. The arc ended as Ye Yu accepted Zhao Wuji’s challenge to fight alone.

• Ye Yu completed the Blood God Trial, claimed Undefeated, and left the collapsing Secret Realm with Qian Renxue, Tang Long, and Tang Hu.
• Ye Yu and Tang San met Tang Yuehua and Tang Hao, then traveled to the Clear Sky Sect for Tang San’s Ancestral Return Ceremony.
• Ye Yu challenged the Clear Sky Sect’s pressure test and withstood Tang Xiao’s full strength, while Tang San faced the elders’ objections to his parentage.
• Tang San defeated Tang Long and then won his fight against the Seventh Elder, while Ye Yu defeated the Seventh Elder after a day and night of combat.
• Ye Yu fought the Sixth and Fifth Elders, trained with heavy weights, and raced Tang San toward Shrek Academy.
• Ye Yu and Tang San reunited with Zhao Wuji, Flender, Master, Liu Erlong, Ma Hongjun, and Ning Rongrong at Shrek Academy, where Dai Mubai shared that he had become Crown Prince of the Star Luo Empire.
• Flender proposed a rematch of the students’ original assessment, and Ye Yu accepted Zhao Wuji’s challenge to fight alone as the students watched.

Ye Yu saved Xiao Wu and Tang San from Spirit Hall’s hunt, but lost control of the Source of Evil and was carried away to recover. After waking, he arrived in time to save the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon and Seven Treasure Glazed Tile sects from Spirit Hall, then returned to Shrek as Oscar faced a fight over a Spirit Bone.

• Ye Yu convinced Yu Yuanzhen to welcome Yu Xiaogang and Liu Erlong back, while Spirit Hall prepared its hunt for Xiao Wu.
• Tang San joined Spirit Hall’s search under the name Tang Yin, but Ye Yu arrived as Chrysanthemum Douluo and Ghost Douluo tried to capture Xiao Wu.
• Ye Yu fought Spirit Hall’s forces while Tang San and Xiao Wu tried to escape, then the White-robed Cardinal brought them back and surrounded them with Soul Sages.
• Ye Yu’s Twilight Domain erupted, and he transformed into a Humanoid Dragon before battling Spirit Hall’s Titled Douluos and reinforcements.
• The Titan Giant Ape, Sky Azure Bull Python, and Hell Demon Dragon subdued the rampaging Ye Yu, who recovered in Zi Ji’s castle while Tang San and Xiao Wu returned to Shrek with Dugu Bo.
• Ye Yu reached the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan as Spirit Hall attacked, unleashed his Twilight Domain, and killed Holy Dragon Douluo before Master, Liu Erlong, and Flender forced Spirit Hall’s Titled Douluos to retreat.
• The sects thanked Ye Yu for saving them, and he returned to Shrek before joining Tang San and Zhao Wuji on a trip into the Star Dou Great Forest.
• Ye Yu followed Oscar to the Frozen Forest, where Oscar and Haote killed companions who attacked them for a Spirit Bone, then Ye Yu confronted Wang Fei and Wang Teng.
