Awakening in Reality

"They're awake! Someone in their group is starting to wake up!"

The experts in the hall erupted into an uproar, and the atmosphere instantly became charged with excitement!

Seeing clear fluctuations appear in the instrument readings, the accompanying experts, who had chosen to remain here for an entire day because of the "abnormal overtime situation," felt as though a weight had finally been lifted from their shoulders.

Internal communications throughout the room became active, and the personnel in charge rushed over as well.

In particular, the people inside the pods had begun showing slight involuntary muscle movements. Based on the previous one or two instances, this should have been a sign that they were about to "log off" and awaken!

Sure enough, a dozen seconds later, as the pod's cover automatically popped open, the first person slowly opened his eyes.
