After their post-smoke session ended, Li Qinwu got out of bed, dressed himself, and asked Nightingale,
"Where's Troy? I need to take him back to his mother."
Whenever Li Qinwu returned to Agricultural World 496B for an extended stay, he brought Troy along with him.
The main reason was that the little brat had an enormous demand for Psychic Power.
Other than Li Qinwu and Bruce Crocodile, no one else could withstand him draining their Psychic Power.
However, Troy was already two and a half years old, and the amount of Psychic Power he drained had begun to decrease.
After studying him, Li Qinwu discovered that it wasn't because Troy needed less Psychic Power.
Rather, his frail body was gradually maturing, allowing him to filter and absorb the Psychic Power in the air on his own.
It looked like it wouldn't be long before he could become completely self-sufficient and no longer need to absorb Psychic Power from outside sources.
Even so, Li Qinwu still often brought Troy to Agricultural World 496B.
The environment here was better for his growth than living aboard a warship.
It was just that every so often, Li Qinwu had to send Troy back to his mother, Catwoman Nova.
Catwoman Nova had essentially established a small warship fleet within Li Qinwu's massive fleet.
This was
