While Little Sun was suffering, Li Qinwu turned his attention to his other ventures. His warship had entered the Warp, and it would take at least two months to reach its destination.
First up was Agricultural World 496B. As usual, after returning home, Li Qinwu spent about a week with Nightingale and their children.
He wanted to keep his children-Li Dadan, Li Zhongdan, Li Danü, and Yelena Bradley Caesar Alexandrovsky von Manstein Zeppelin-from growing into little hellions who might one day spring up and tell him, "Father, this was never what I wanted."
That was why Li Qinwu returned home for a while whenever he could. Sometimes he only stayed a few hours for a meal; other times, he stayed for weeks or even months.
By now, Li Dadan and Li Zhongdan were growing up. The boys were thirteen or fourteen, and thanks to good food and frequently helping Li Qinwu move weight plates during his workouts, they were already beginning to look like future physique champions.
As for Li Danü and Yelena Bradley Caesar Alexandrovsky von Manstein Zeppelin, one was four or five and the other a little over a year old. Neither understood much of anything yet.
At that moment, they were inside Li Qinwu's custom-built private gym in Nightingale's family Spire.
Bare-chested, Li Dadan and Li Zhongdan carried weight plates over and began loading the bench press bar.
The plates weighed twenty kilograms each, and they loaded 125 of them!
Neither Li Dadan nor Li Zhongdan had undergone any systematic training yet, but their bodies were already packed with bulging muscle, thick biceps, and full pecs!
They kept hoisting plates onto the bench press bar. By the time all 125 were loaded, their muscles were pumped and sweat was pouring off them. That was their workout done.
