Ryan, standing in place, turned his head.
He knew why Chopper had come to find him—no doubt to borrow money from him to buy Camie at auction.
Yet once he made a move, given the temperament of the Celestial Dragons, there was a high possibility they would fly into a rage and attack him.
"Are there any bids higher than five hundred million?"
The trembling voice of the auctioneer echoed through the auction house. Chopper bit his teeth upon hearing it, bowed, and said, "Though it is extremely rude to say this, I still must ask you to lend us enough money to buy back our friend!"
"Please, Ryan!"
Chopper bent his body even lower, trembling all over, evidently treating him as a straw to clutch at in a life-or-death moment.
The rest of the Straw Hat Crew ran over at that moment as well, joining in the plea. They had already heard from Hachi that this was a man who could casually pull out ten billion in gold.
"This guy!"
Kid stood at the edge of the doorway, gazing at Ryan with a solemn expression. He realized he had underestimated him before.
"Are they connected to the Straw Hat Crew?"
Law turned his head slightly, his hand gripping the hilt of his long sword tightening.
Ryan remained silent for several seconds. Down below, the auctioneer had already reached the final call.
Watching the Straw Hat Crew bowing to him, he spoke up. "It is no problem for me to put up the money."
Hearing this, the Straw Hat Crew wore expressions of joy, their bodies suddenly relaxing a great deal.

With a sudden twist of his words, the bodies of the Straw Hat Crew, who had just relaxed, tensed up once more. They knew this was the
