The instant the voices rang out, the guard ninja beside the Five Kage almost simultaneously darted forward, lining up in front of their own Kage.
Naruto, however, leisurely rose from Yomotsu Hirasaka, floating in midair as he waved at Ōnoki and the others below.
"You're holding a Five Kage Summit and didn't even notify me? What, has Akatsuki Village fallen beneath your notice now?"
Ōnoki was just about to offer some diplomatic pleasantries when the Fourth Raikage gave him no chance.
The Raikage suddenly charged forward, his elbow carrying savage force as it slammed straight toward Naruto. At the same time, he roared angrily:
"Enough nonsense! Kill you, and the rest of the trouble will solve itself! Liger Bomb!"
Boom—!
The spot where Naruto had appeared exploded on the spot, sending dust and rubble flying in every direction.
Unlike attacks passing through Obito, the Raikage clearly felt his arm strike something solid. Even so, his elbow strike felt as though it had hit a mountain, unable to push forward even an inch.

C and Darui stared in stunned disbelief below.
"The Raikage's elbow strike was stopped head-on?"
"And he took it head-on?"
The Raikage was forced back, while Obito also retreated to one side. Looking at Naruto's Susanoo, his eyes were filled with irrepressible jealousy.
With only one eye, he had no way to use Susanoo.
