A Smart Man

"Something really happened."

Tony and the others exchanged glances. They had been ready to celebrate properly, but now they had no choice but to get moving again.

They had no reservations and drove straight to Scott's house, barging right in.

From the clues around the house and the mess that had not been cleaned up, they could tell that Scott's family had indeed been there before suddenly disappearing.

"Tony, there's a hidden room downstairs."

Bruce Banner called out to Tony Stark.

"Every house has somewhere like that. What's so strange about it?"

Tony replied casually. It was not as though an entire family would be hiding in there, unless the world was about to end.

"The problem is... it's a mess down here."

Bruce Banner said.

That immediately caught everyone's attention. They hurried downstairs and found a basement in complete disarray.

Other than a small machine, everything else had vanished, as if something had wrecked the place like a tornado and swept everything away.

"Something definitely happened here."

Tony walked around the small space, then pulled out a phone he had made and scanned the area. "Reconstruct the scene."

Very quickly, the machine reconstructed the scene based on the real conditions. The sequence of events gradually reappeared, forming images before everyone's eyes.

When they saw the only small machine left on the table suddenly erupt with immense energy and suck Scott's entire family inside, everyone was astonished.

"Tony, if you used this technology for criminal investigations, imagine how easy solving cases would become."

Mr. Fantastic Reed said at once.

"Of course. It's already being implemented. Ultron will use this technology, and no criminal will be able to hide."

Tony Stark said proudly. His technology was developing explosively, almost like cheating, changing every single day.

"In that case, things are clear."
