Background

Ning Rongrong is the daughter of Ning Fengzhi, Sect Master of the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect. Dissatisfied with the insincere peers around her and unwilling to attend Heaven Dou Royal Academy under her father's influence, she secretly left home to find sincere companions and form a team for the Continental Advanced Academy Soul Master Tournament. 31 32

Outside Heaven Dou City, she met Youquan while renting a carriage. The two traveled south together, with Rongrong openly revealing her identity after deciding that Youquan could be trusted. 31 32 During the journey, she used the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect's name and her martial soul to confront traffickers threatening Xiaoxiao, though Youquan ultimately killed the men to protect the girls. 33 34
