Destruction Black Dragon Nidhogg muttered, then laughed at himself. "Why am I thinking so much? I just need to reform the Great Dragon Bank and build the two new exchanges as the Technology God requested, don't I? As long as I know it's beneficial, that's enough."
Dragons weren't a race known for thinking things through.
Otherwise, after all those long years, they would have become a highly advanced civilization instead of occupying an entire continent and living nearly identical lives every day as they had before.
After thoroughly digesting the requirements Roger had sent over, Destruction Black Dragon Nidhogg immediately convened a Council of Elders meeting and sent the documents to the other members of the Elder Council.
Looking at the shocked expressions of the many dragon elders in the Elder Council, Destruction Black Dragon Nidhogg asked, "What do you think?"
As dragons, they had almost run out of things in this world that could shock them.
Perhaps it was because they had been tempered by the passage of countless years, or perhaps it was because they had weathered too many storms.
Yet the proposal provided by the Technology God was revolutionary. At the very least, that was how Destruction Black Dragon Nidhogg saw it.
If he were the only dragon who felt shocked while the others felt nothing, he truly wouldn't have known where to put his old face.
But now, looking at everyone present, who almost all wore the same expression, the smile on his face grew wider.
"First, the Technology God had us establish our own credibility. I thought that was because credibility would let us do business more effectively. I never expected it to be preparation for Credit Currency!"
