Chapter 819: Ace's Plan
The person before them was Ace. He wolfed down his food and smiled at the many elderly people below.
The old man beside him asked, his voice carrying a hint of concern.
Ace lowered his hat and took a bite of meat. "Qing Lao... don't worry. I won't act recklessly! But there are things I have to take back. What belongs to me is mine! No one else gets to take it from me! And those people chasing me should be here soon. I'll deal with them all at once!"
The elderly Qing Lao smiled bitterly. "Fine... do as you please! These old bones of mine will accompany you in raising hell!"
With a smile, Qing Lao looked at Ace as if he were seeing Roger from back then. He had once received Roger's favor, so in the New World, he had drunk the brotherhood sake and become one of Roger's men.
Back then, he had fought alongside Roger. Unfortunately, after Roger disbanded his crew, they gradually grew tired of life in the New World. Some chose to return to their hometowns, while others remained in the New World.

He had originally lived in seclusion somewhere in the East Blue, observing the state of the world. Naturally, he knew about the battle between Kalpo, Roger, and Rayleigh. He also knew that Rayleigh had gathered their former companions and was preparing to wage war against the World Government. Some of his old friends had even followed Roger and contacted him, hoping to gather the great fleet of old once more.
Unfortunately, Qing Lao did not approve of Rayleigh. He believed Rayleigh was not Roger's successor! It might have been different if Red-Hair had spoken, but now,
