In the room at the top of Gungi Tower, Neferpitou—the murderer who had killed Kite—was crouching on the floor. She had withdrawn every trace of exposed aura, even the Specialist Nen field that normally shrouded her body, and faced away from them in a completely defenseless posture. From the tip of her fluffy black tail extended a huge pink humanoid doll—her core Nen ability, Doctor Blythe.

This was a Specialist ability Neferpitou had created specifically to repair Kite's corpse so she could fight him again, and it was also the greatest biological restoration ability in all of Hunter x Hunter. The doll resembled an oversized Blythe doll dressed in a white nurse's uniform. Its round head had no facial features, and its soft contours carried an eerie sort of cuteness, forming a sharp contrast with Pitou's pointed cat ears and slit pupils. Countless transparent Nen tendrils as fine as hair extended from the doll's fingertips, more precise than the finest surgical scalpel, carefully reaching into the body of the human girl lying on the floor to perform invisible vascular sutures, neural connections, and organ repairs.
