When This Blade Fell, Even the Sea Would Burn

"Come on, who's first on the table?"

Bai Zhu stood on the stern railing, the fire on his blade pressing lower and lower.

The fish tide behind them had already caught up.

The parasitic fish at the front were packed together, their mucus clinging to one another as they churned the sea black. Half a shark rolled out of the waves, its bones wrapped in that disgusting stuff, and opened its jaws to bite at the stern.

Morel shouted from behind.

"Bai Zhu, calm down!"

Bai Zhu did not turn around.

"Don't worry. I value my life."

Milluki hugged the spare terminal, his voice cracking.

"You value your life, yet you're standing on the railing? Get down! You look like you're about to die heroically!"

"Young master, don't curse me."

"I'm warning you!"

Gela Jiang was still focused on controlling the current.

He had no time to turn back and could only roar.

"We'll reach the shallows in two minutes at most! Don't flip the ship over back there!"

Bai Zhu watched the pursuing fish swarm and slowly exhaled.

He had originally planned to slash a few times, clear away the front ranks of the fish tide, and buy the warship a little time.

But just as the fire on his blade was about to fall, the system panel suddenly appeared before him.

It was not its usual translucent grayish-white.

This time, the panel's background was blue, with a ring of black mist coiled around its edges.

There was not much black mist, but it was exceptionally conspicuous.

Bai Zhu's wrist stopped.

"Hmm?"

Milluki immediately looked at him.

"What do you mean, hmm? Don't disconnect at a critical moment!"

Bai Zhu ignored him.
