"What do we do now?"
A few scattered monsters had already started chasing them again. Some had probably just been drawn over.
Bai Zhu swallowed the last bite of high-calorie food and clapped his hands.
"What else can we do? Use our legs."
Milluki froze.

Milluki turned around, and his expression changed.

A series of mechanical locking sounds came from inside the car.
Bai Zhu was just about to step back when the entire vehicle suddenly collapsed inward.
"Fuck!"
He hurriedly jumped out from the passenger seat.
The vehicle split down the middle. Layer upon layer of armor plating retracted, while mechanical arms dragged the broken remnants of the doors back inside. The roof, chassis, wheel hubs, and weapon racks all began folding up.
The wrecked vehicle looked like it had been forcibly stuffed into a tin can, shrinking into two metal spheres the size of fists within seconds.
One of the spheres was still smoking.
Milluki crouched down, picked up both metal balls, and stuffed them into his bag. He moved quickly.
Bai Zhu clicked his tongue as he watched.
"Young master, your ability is seriously practical."
Milluki snorted.
"It's called modular storage.
