Knov raised his right hand, and a black spatial entrance spread flat across the ground.
The red mist struck the spatial boundary and split to either side. Gao Mao's mushroom ring expanded outward along with Knov's space, the soft layer flattened by spatial force to reveal solid ground they could stand on.
Gao Mao grabbed Knov's arm and shoved him forward.
Knov took a step.
Big Dog opened its jaws to bite. Before its muzzle could come down, the black space had already pressed against its lower jaw. Red mist bunched up along the edge of the space, and dozens of black lines connected to eyes stretched taut from within the fog, stabbing toward Knov one after another.
Knov raised his hand.
Black Gates opened one after another.
The moment the black lines approached, they were swallowed by the gates and redirected behind Big Dog. Several Spatial Blades skimmed past its back and slashed deep into the red mist.
Gao Mao clung to Knov's arm and burst into laughter.
"See that? Now this is what I call getting work done! Your old Fourth Dimensional Apartment was trash. Now you can even throw this dog's attacks back at it!"
In the distance, the green-skinned giant pieced its body back together from fungal chunks.
The instant it stood firm, it swung its fist at Big Dog's muzzle.
Big Dog tilted its head and bit down.
Half the giant's chest was crushed apart, scattering fungal chunks everywhere. It raised its remaining fist and smashed it into Big Dog's snout.
"WAHHHA!"
Bai Zhu stood within the spatial domain.
Gao Mao turned back and shouted, "Quit dawdling! My domain won't hold for long!"
Bai Zhu raised his right hand and tightened his grip on the Zanpakuto.
Reiatsu surged from his body.
He began gathering power.
