Luffy and the others only heard a violent explosion behind them, as if some war had broken out.
But Luffy had always been carefree and paid no attention to such things, laughing foolishly the whole time.
Clearly, Carina and Sanji joining had put him in a great mood. Whether it was Carina, Sanji, or Mr. 1, their addition had made the whole team feel more complete.
His heart had become fuller and happier as a result.
Mr. 1 could not be bothered to ask why the Revolutionary Army and the Navy had started fighting. He simply lowered his head and charged toward the outskirts of the city.
After picking up the trembling Usopp at the harbor, they did not hesitate to jump into the sea with all the supplies Usopp had been guarding.
The people at the harbor nearly popped their eyes out. Why had they jumped straight into the sea? Was there a ship there?
They only heard Luffy's booming laughter as a ship without masts slowly sailed out of the harbor.
"Will their ship really be all right out at sea?" Watching that little boat, like a tiny skiff, carry five people out to sea, quite a few sailors broke out in cold sweat.
"But I didn't see them rowing. How are they getting out there?"
A sailor beside him asked curiously.
"What are you looking at?" The group of three was walking toward the city when Zoro suddenly turned back to look toward the harbor. By then, Luffy and the others were only a tiny dot in the distance. Tashigi and Nami took two steps forward, and Tashigi suddenly turned back and asked curiously.
"No, nothing." Zoro shook his head.
A huge crowd suddenly rushed out of the city, shouting as they ran,
