As expected, the Falcon Fruit users discovered members of the Small Human Tribe near the Kingdom of Dressrosa.
They roamed through human countries at night, running all over this nation controlled by the Revolutionary Army. Nighttime was when they let loose. Sometimes they rode cats, sometimes insects, sometimes dogs.
They seemed to be friends with animals, but no one had told them that this was Revolutionary Army territory, land directly controlled by the Revolutionary Army Headquarters.
Even the Revolutionary Army in power here did not know of the Small Human Tribe's existence, so merchants, Marines, pirates, and the like certainly knew even less about them.
They would be safe here.
The Revolutionary Army members with Falcon Fruit powers wore relieved smiles. Clearly, they strongly approved of Leo's decision.
Since the Small Humans had already found a way to coexist peacefully with humans, there was no need for the Revolutionary Army to disrupt that balance, disturb their lives, and turn them back into human dependents. That would be both unnecessary and incredibly tasteless.
Like seizing someone else's land, then penning up their descendants as rare animals for people to admire, all under the grand name of "protecting their primitive ecological way of life." Denying indigenous natives the right to enjoy air conditioners, dryers, and one-dollar fried chicken alongside them was truly treating them as less than human.
And some N... had never spoken up for these indigenous people or offered any support against racial discrimination. Clearly, they did not oppose discrimination; they merely opposed discrimination against themselves.
Either follow Leo's example: know they existed, but do not disturb their lives, allowing them to grow up happily without realizing it. Or be like New Oriental: never abandon a single ethnic minority, fully carry forward the spirit of the Communist International, and work
