Though watching Feitan get humiliated lately had been entertaining, he still wanted even more to see Feitan beaten into a pigheaded mess.

He could not avenge Meteor City himself, so he could only rely on someone else.

"Get hurt?" Feitan frowned deeply. "Beat myself up? That's too stupid! If Yezi finds out, he'll think there's something wrong with my head!"

Besides, with his strength, how could he possibly get hurt that easily? Even if Byakuya Kuchiki came at him, he might not be able to injure him. If he pretended to be hurt, wouldn't he be blatantly telling Yezi that something was wrong with him?

"Who told you to beat yourself up?! What the hell would that accomplish?" To persuade Feitan, Shalnark put on a righteous expression. "I'm telling you to find a way to get hurt for him, not to just hurt yourself however you like."

"What does it have to do with him whether you're hurt or not? But if you get hurt because of him, that's different. Didn't you say he's softhearted? If you're injured for his sake, how could he possibly ignore you?"

Although reason told him there was probably something wrong with Shalnark's plan, Feitan was still deeply tempted.

Just as Shalnark had said, Yezi really was softhearted. If he were truly injured while saving him, Yezi definitely would not leave him alone.
