Team Formation Announcement

The wind howled across the top of the tower, blowing so fiercely that it was hard to keep one's eyes open.

Gray-black stone slabs, a massive tower body, and several protruding stone pillars like a monster's fangs stood along the tower's edge, as if they could swallow someone at any moment.

Gon looked up at the sky, a hint of nervous excitement on his face.

Killua planted one hand on his hip and lightly tapped the ground with his toe. "This tower sure is tall."

Kurapika crouched down and slowly ran his fingertip across the surface of the stone slab, his eyes sharp. "There are no obvious mechanisms... But with this kind of design, there has to be an entrance."

Leorio gasped for breath as he walked to the edge of the tower and glanced down. His face immediately turned deathly pale. "Urgh... I-I'm not looking anymore..."

Just as everyone was looking around, an unfamiliar examinee let out a cold snort.

"Hmph. Take your time looking. I have no intention of wasting time with you."

He quickly walked to the edge of the tower and stepped onto the row of protruding stone pillars.

There were no railings atop the tower, only these pillars suspended in midair. Looking down, all one could see was a sea of clouds with no visible bottom.

"Hey, are you crazy?!" someone cried out.

"There's no path on top of the tower, but there might be a chance outside." The man sneered, leaped onto a pillar, and began jumping down along the outer wall like an agile ape.

He moved incredibly fast, as though he had already chosen his footholds, completely ignoring the shouts around him.

The next second—

Whoosh!!

A group of enormous Flying Beasts suddenly burst out from beneath the tower. They had long
