Things looked grim

Chaos raged everywhere, both in the sky and on the ground. Mountains of corpses and seas of blood had stained the ocean Aokiji had frozen red. Ravines and towering masses of ice stretched as far as the eye could see, the landscape completely transformed.

Amid a hail of shattered rock hurtling like bullets, Koala and Inazuma fell and slammed into the ground one after the other.

Ten meters above the ground, Alice had lost her earlier air of elegance and playfulness. Her face was icy, her long green hair disheveled. The blue gown hugging her voluptuous curves was torn in places, exposing alluring patches of snowy skin.

"Two fools with a death wish."

Her expression frosty, Alice wiped the blood from the corner of her mouth, raised her right hand toward the sky, and pulled downward. The sky changed at once. The vast cloud cover split apart as an enormous meteor, trailing a long tail of fire, tore through the atmosphere with a thunderous roar.

Terrifying shock waves spread, making the entire battlefield freeze. On the ground, Revolutionary Army and Army soldiers fled in every direction, their faces filled with terror.

"This is bad! Lady Alice is angry! Get out of this area!"

An Army Vice Admiral went deathly pale, abandoned his opponent, and turned to retreat.

Amid the seemingly endless devastation, Koala and Inazuma rose from the rubble. Their hearts leaped into their throats at the sight of the meteor, as large as an island.

"Is this that woman's power? She can even materialize meteors?"

Deathly pale, Koala could not stop herself from coughing up blood.

"I'll stop it. Take the chance to attack."

Both hands extending, Inazuma leaped into the air and snipped at the meteor like an enormous pair of scissors.
