Rogge left the manufacturing work to the Vinsmoke Family. He did not have the facilities to produce those parts yet, so he only needed to handle the core engine himself.

There was no shortage of timber or shipwrights. Once those arrangements were settled, Queen woke up as well.

When Queen heard that Rogge wanted to speak with Kaido rather than travel to Wano Country, he had no objections. It made no difference whether Rogge went or not. Kaido did not insist on seeing him, either. Queen understood that a meeting between one of the Four Emperors and a Shichibukai would not look good.

"How could this happen?" Owen exclaimed after answering the Den Den Mushi.

"What happened?" Rogge asked, surprised by Owen's reaction.

Owen hung up the Den Den Mushi, then turned to Rogge and the others. "An explosion occurred on Punk Hazard, where the Marine Science Unit is stationed. A huge amount of poison gas leaked out. The place is ruined."

"Punk Hazard? The island where Vegapunk's laboratory is, right? What does that have to do with you?" Rogge asked.

"We do business with the laboratory, so this affects our plans. Besides, you were originally having the Marines handle the power storage for your engine, right? With the laboratory destroyed, that might be delayed. Why not ask the Vinsmoke Family instead? You have the blueprints anyway," Owen said.
