Rogge smiled. No wonder Garp had forced him away. If that old man had let him keep blocking that spot, Luffy would probably have had to get past him first.
Rogge was someone who dared clash head-on with Whitebeard. Luffy would have stood little chance against him. Besides, Rogge was nothing like Marine officers such as Kizaru and Momonga. Garp could not guarantee that Rogge would not kill Luffy and crush him to pieces.
"Tsk, tsk." Watching Garp get knocked away, Rogge had nothing more to say. A grandfather's love was as steadfast as a mountain. Grandparents tended to dote even more on their grandchildren, and Garp had raised Luffy himself, pouring a great deal of his heart into him.
