"We need to set this up."

He frowned.
"Doesn't the Adventure Guild already have an exploration division?"
"It does." Rock leaned back in his chair. "But what about places even A-rank adventure groups won't dare enter?"
Rock tossed over another document, detailing how three adventure groups had vanished without a trace in the same newly formed stretch of sea.
The new currents there had only just taken shape. The weather, sea beasts, and magnetic fields were all a complete mess. An ordinary crew that ventured in might not even be able to send a distress signal.
"Places like that." Rock tapped his fingertips against the desk. "Someone has to go in first and scout the way."
Sengoku flipped through a few pages. "Their duties?"
"Exploration, charting, search and rescue, marking high-risk zones, setting up temporary supply stations. Deal with any large sea beasts they encounter, and if they run into serious crimes, make arrests as usual." Rock spread his hands.
"Basically, a bunch of adventurers wearing Justice Coats."
Sengoku fell silent for a few seconds, then snapped the file shut. "Sounds like you've been itching to do this for a while."
