After defeating Lei Dao, Xu Huxiao helped Gui Mei and Zi Xing reunite and led the hunt for the Other Shore Flower, whose Soul Ring Lin Mengmeng absorbed. In the Maitexier Duchy, Xu Huxiao followed Hua Yuerong’s Soulmate Stone through a succession struggle and reached her after rival forces attacked her convoy.

• Xu Huxiao killed Lei Dao, then helped Gui Mei and Zi Xing reconcile and accepted Zi Xing as his godmother.
• Xu Huxiao, Gui Mei, Zi Xing, and Lin Mengmeng found and captured the Other Shore Flower, allowing Lin Mengmeng to absorb its Soul Ring.
• Xu Huxiao left for the Maitexier Duchy and discovered through the Soulmate Stone that Hua Yuerong was in danger.
• Ouyang Xiaoyu split the group evacuating Hua Yuerong, but Huo Kuang’s forces intercepted the decoy carriage after Yingchun revealed their route.
• Xu Huxiao rescued Ying Seventeen, overwhelmed Huo Kuang’s forces, and learned that Hua Yuerong had been taken along another route.
• Wang Xiang defeated Xiao Ying and drove off the Taihu Stone Family, while Huo Kuang pledged to serve Xu Huxiao.

Xu Huxiao rescued Hua Yuerong, secured the Cold Jade Ice Bed, and completed her treatment before strengthening his own powers. As guests gathered at Fire Dragon Fortress, romantic pursuits turned chaotic, then an army of immortal Weird Soul Masters surrounded the settlement.

• Xu Huxiao sealed Hua Yuerong in a golden cocoon and used the Demon Bear Elder Token and Pope’s Order to make Xue Qingyang and Tian Can obey him.
• Lilith and Gui Mei joined Xu Huxiao, and he took Hua Yuerong to Fire Dragon Fortress while Spirit Hall forces turned against Hu Meng, whose head was later displayed at the city gate.
• Xu Huxiao agreed to help Shui Bing'er remove Shui Kun in exchange for the Cold Jade Ice Bed, then used his Dragon Might to make the Ice-Winged Demon Dragon surrender it.

• Huo Wushuang passed Shui Yue’er’s tests, caught her during a fireworks accident, and kissed her before they fell into the lake.
• An alarm sounded as nearly a million immortal Weird Soul Masters surrounded Fire Dragon Mountain, and Gui Mei revealed his nine Soul Rings as a Titled Douluo.

Xu Huxiao defeated Hua Jinlin’s army, helped Hua Yuerong claim the throne, and brought the duchy’s factions under control. On his way back to Spirit City, he agreed to treat Xue Qinghe’s friend Xiao Xue, unaware that Qian Renxue was traveling to him in disguise to test his strength.

• Xu Huxiao led Fire Dragon Fortress’s defenders against Hua Jinlin’s million Dead Stiffs, killed the bandit leaders, and destroyed Hua Jinlin after he repeatedly revived.
• After the battle, Hua Juncheng challenged Hua Yuerong for the throne, but she defeated and killed him after exposing his crimes.
• Xu Huxiao defeated Meng Shu and Chao Tianxiang’s Dragon-Snake Divine Being, spared the Meng family on strict terms, and announced Hua Yuerong as queen.
• Xu Huxiao accepted Ghost Fox and Wang Xiang as followers, while Gui Mei agreed to explore an alliance against the Weird Soul Masters.
• Hua Yuerong stayed in the devastated capital, and Xu Huxiao departed for Spirit City with Gui Mei after an emotional farewell.
