Background

Luo Jiuyou transmigrated to the Douluo Continent five years before his martial-soul awakening. Found as a one-year-old and sent to a Spirit Hall orphanage, he spent his childhood studying its books on soul beasts, martial souls, history, and the continent’s political order in preparation for surviving an unfamiliar timeline. 1

At Spirit Hall’s Awakening Square, he manifested the blood-red Asura Demon Sword, whose killing intent made nearby martial souls tremble. Recognizing both the sword’s God-Level nature and his need for protection and resources, Luo accepted Qian Xunji as his master and became junior brother to Bibi Dong, Qian Renxue, and Ye Guyi. 1 2
