Watching Gossip, Eating Melons

Lin Qing suddenly opened his eyes in bed, confusion filling them before it turned to shock. "Tang Hao actually didn't come looking for me today?!"

Lin Qing quietly got out of bed, wearing only a pair of loose shorts. He gently opened the door and looked around outside. Seeing that there really was no one there, he finally relaxed, though the doubts in his heart remained.

"This isn't right. Logically speaking, I've already revealed so much. Tang Hao should have come after me long ago. What's going on? Could it be that Tang Hao still thinks I pose no threat and am merely a slightly bigger ant?"
