As Euxis looked toward the entrance of the Gemini Palace, Hedamien, who had been holding her breath and concentrating, narrowed her eyes. She slashed diagonally with her sword and instantly rushed before Euxis.
During their standoff, all of Hedamien's attention had been on Euxis. She did not know why he had been distracted, only that if this strike failed, she would have no chance of passing through Gemini Palace.
Her body became a phantom. Three sword-wielding afterimages struck simultaneously from the left, right, and above, thrusting at Euxis's eyes, throat, and other fatal weak points not covered by the Golden Cloth.
Facing a Golden Saint Seiya, Hedamien did not dare let down her guard in the slightest. The instant Euxis was distracted, she unleashed her strongest strike, gathering all her essence, energy, and spirit.

Perhaps it was talent, or perhaps personality, but cold and ruthless little-brother obsessives like him were all masters of showing off.
Just enough was best. Too much would be overdone.
After receiving the blow, Euxis did not waste a single word. He did not even glance at Hedamien. Golden light blossomed from his fingertip, and countless strands of light wrapped around her in a ball.

Blood sprayed in every direction. Hedamien's body flew high into the air before crashing down before the gates of Gemini Palace.
Blood seeped through the stone tiles, quickly staining a wide area red.
