"What's wrong with my trident?"
Poseidon looked wary and silently shifted his trident slightly back. He had sensed it long ago—Russell had his eye on his trident.
Noticing Poseidon's vigilance, Russell's expression did not change. He calmly flashed a benevolent smile and pointed at the design blueprint. "Sea King, take a look. What do you think of the trident on this drawing?"
"Well..."
Poseidon hesitated. The trident on the blueprint looked imposing, its sharp edges practically leaping off the page. Never mind the quality after forging—its appearance alone far surpassed the stick with three prongs in his hand.
That was right. After seeing the blueprint, Poseidon felt that his trident was just a stick with three forks attached.
It was utterly ordinary and had no distinctive features. Any mortal blacksmith could find a rock, make a mold, and cast one.
"I'm not raising the price while I have the chance. It's just that once the Sea King Battle Armor is forged, your original trident will look a little shabby."
The corners of Russell's mouth curled upward. Whether the trident he had copied from some knockoff browser game was practical or not, its design was definitely extravagant and eye-catching.
By comparison, Poseidon's trident had been forged by Hephaestus and the Cyclops. In pursuit of absolute practicality, its aesthetic appeal had been greatly sacrificed.
Once everyone on Divine Mountain had one of those cheap browser-game divine weapons, Poseidon would probably hate how ugly his own trident looked.
"Huh? This trident doesn't come as part of the set?"
Poseidon's eyes widened. He had been thinking of having two tridents—one for showing off in daily life and one for battle—but it turned out he had to pay extra.
That wasn't right!
"No, Hades's King of the Underworld Battle Armor came with a sword, and
