In the War of the Dragons storyline, there were two giant pythons, one green and one white. The green Bunaji was an Evil Python, while the white Imuki was a good one.
Bunaji was the boss of this story. It had countless underlings and coveted becoming a dragon, resorting to seizing the Dragon Pearl.
Over five hundred years, it had caused slaughter twice in its attempts to seize the Dragon Pearl. It could be said to have committed every conceivable evil.
In the end, evil could not triumph over good. The white good python Imuki obtained the Dragon Pearl, successfully transformed into a dragon, and spat Bunaji to death with a mouthful of saliva.
Judging by their colors, the giant python Russell had punched to death really did seem to be the white one.
And when he thought about how it had first warned them after being disturbed, only flying into a rage after being attacked...
And it had not had swarms of underlings around it, either...
Russell's expression turned grave, shadows sharply defining his features as he said sternly, "Don't talk nonsense. Just look at the size of that giant python. For it to have grown this large, countless living beings must have died beneath its fangs."
"So?"
"So, both giant pythons were Evil Pythons. They had slaughtered countless lives. There was no such thing as a good one."
The more Russell spoke, the more reasonable it sounded. He continued, "Think about it. The giant python had to devour the woman carrying the Dragon Pearl in order to transform into a dragon. That setup is evil through and through. No matter how you look at it, it wasn't a good guy."
"So?"
"Everyone has the right to kill heretics and demons. I didn't kill a good snake by mistake!"
