On the rooftop of Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters, Deadpool, captain of X-Force, had gathered his team for morning training. The three members were Russell, Logan, and Psylocke.
As for why they had chosen the rooftop instead of the field for morning training, Deadpool had his own reasons.
The team members were already powerful enough. If they got any stronger, how was he supposed to give orders? What if someone decided to seize power...
As an enlightened captain, Deadpool naturally would not use such a reason. He stressed that ordinary exercise was utterly useless to X-Force members and was purely a waste of time.
Logan deeply agreed. What use were a hundred push-ups, sit-ups, squats, and a ten-kilometer run every day? Even if he trained for three years, he would still be at the same level.

Deadpool considered that a great humiliation and swore that the next time they appeared, they would become the flashiest group on the field, stun everyone, and leave them speechless.
Incidentally, that morning, Deadpool had loudly informed Russell that Little Wilson had successfully defeated his illness and, through sheer indomitable will, stood up again.
Russell merely gave a dry laugh. Asmodai's Character Card had simply expired. Otherwise, not even talk therapy could have saved Little Wilson.
With the team growing from two people to four, they had many more poses to choose from. Deadpool had carefully designed—copied—a few sets and demanded that the members master them. When making an entrance, they had to watch his hand signals and use their powerful presence to intimidate the enemy... and their own allies.
