A spray of blood bloomed. The tip of the blade pierced Red Tank's shoulder, leaving a tiny red mark, but that was all. The razor-sharp Adamantium Blade had only opened a small wound and could go no deeper.
Bang!
Tremendous force spread out from beneath their feet, blasting a deep crater webbed with cracks into the ground. Gale-force winds swept through, flinging sand and gravel everywhere as the shockwave ravaged the entire garden.
Russell felt an overwhelming force hit him and was shoved backward by Red Tank. Catching sight of the Adamantium Blade bending slightly from the corner of his eye, he immediately gave up resisting and let the powerful burst of force send him flying.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
Three consecutive explosions rang out. The first was Russell crashing into the academy's teaching building—the mansion of Professor X. The second was him smashing straight through the entire mansion. The third came when he landed, carving a character-shaped crater over a foot deep into the ground.
"Damn it, what kind of cheat code is Red Tank using?"
Russell knew Red Tank was said to be unstoppable once he got moving, with impact force among the strongest in Marvel. But that was the setting in the comics; in the two movies, he had only been average.
Who would have thought that after Apocalypse developed his potential, he would become so troublesome? Not only was he monstrously strong, but his skin was so tough that even the Adamantium Blade could not pierce it.
"Wait, this is a good thing!"
With such a powerful enemy as Red Tank, he would not have to worry about anyone seeing through him if he held back. After fighting for three or five thousand rounds, no matter how much the X-Men dragged things out, Jean should lose control
