Steve opened his mouth several times, but in the end, he chose to address Russell as sir. That was what he had called him back in Hydra, and the habit had stuck.

After Russell stepped out of the portal, two mages from Kamar-Taj followed close behind. A Winter Soldier fired a signal into the sky, marking Natasha and Yelena's location.
