Coffee shop!
The planned Arabic barbecue restaurant outing was canceled. Russell led the group into a random coffee shop instead. The barbecue place had only been a casual suggestion anyway; how was he supposed to know which barbecue restaurants in Gotham City were good and which were bad?
A coffee shop was better anyway. With Superman and Batman around, casually filming their everyday coffee-drinking routine would sell better than Superman and his thigh ornament.
Of course, Russell had not come here to save their increasingly dismal box office numbers. He had business to handle.
Russell told everyone to sit wherever they liked, then shoved Arthur aside and squeezed himself into the seat beside Diana. This was outrageous—his wife's necklace was so white, yet Arthur was still trying to take advantage of those long legs.
Arthur did not mind at all; he even thought it was perfectly normal. He had heard that Diana was Zeus's illegitimate daughter. Poseidon being unable to restrain himself from making a move on his niece was standard mountain behavior.
Diana's eye twitched. She took two deep breaths, but ultimately could not hold back. Turning to Russell, she said, "Buddy, aren't you going to change clothes and return Clark's cape while you're at it?"
As a tough woman from Themyscira, she did not care whether men wore clothes. During the last Kryptonian invasion, she had fought General Zod, who had been completely naked, without even furrowing her brow.
But having a man wrapped in a bedsheet appear beside her and sit down for coffee was something she could not tolerate.
"Is there something wrong with it?"
Russell examined his outfit, flipped the bedsheet from his waist over one shoulder, and asked doubtfully, "If I remember correctly, everyone on Mount Olympus dressed like this."
