Changye grew up in an orphanage. Operative 2198, who later died at Qingyuan Temple, acted as both a father and teacher to her; his conviction that genetic power should protect Daxia continues to guide her work. Qu Taiqing also cared for her like a grandfather during her childhood. 7 100
