As the black demonic energy mingled with the pagoda's golden light, violent crackling erupted like water splashed into boiling oil. The golden light was constantly eroded, while the black demonic energy gradually seeped in, trying to corrupt the pagoda itself.
Just then, Buddhist chants suddenly rang out from the void. Layers of black-and-white light surged from the Buddha statues carved on the Ten Thousand Buddhas Golden Pagoda, flowing upward into the sky.
