Within Shen Luo's Consciousness Sea, thunder roared as torrential rain poured down, icy enough to pierce the bone.
Shen Luo stood in the Consciousness Sea as though an evil ghost had hooked away his soul. He let the bitter wind and cold rain lash against him, remaining motionless where he stood.
The tide beneath him churned as half of the Heart Demon's body crawled out from beneath the mirrorlike water, clinging to Shen Luo's legs and slowly climbing upward.
Wherever it passed, darkness followed like a shadow, gradually staining Shen Luo black as well.
The Heart Demon wore a savage, unrestrained grin. Once it crawled out completely, it would become a true Extraterritorial Heavenly Demon. If it replaced Shen Luo's Divine Soul and took control of this body, it would have an excellent chance of becoming a Heavenly Demon in the Heavenly Venerable Realm.
