"The weather was nice today. I wondered if we would be able to see Romon returning." Nick stood in a corner of the harbor, gazing out at the distant sea.
"Heh, I thought you had a bit of a psychological shadow. Were you worried that Romon would suddenly disappear again this time?" Fafier laughed mockingly from beside him.
But soon, he sighed as well. "Still, it's not just you who is amusing. I think I'm pretty amusing too, worrying about the same thing."
After saying that, he shook his head and sighed.
"But this time, Romon was invited there. Nothing should go wrong, right?" Nick seemed to be asking Fafier, but also himself.
Fafier shook his head and sighed. "Who knew? I only hoped he would come back soon. It's not just us—even the two ladies of the territory seemed a little worried."
"His previous disappearances left too great a shadow over everyone. If it happened again this time, I was afraid even my heart would be shocked." Nick chuckled.
Still, it was clear that although the two were worried about Romon's return, they were not overly nervous. After all, if Romon did not have a "criminal record," then with his strength, how many people could cause him trouble?
The two were chatting when a black dot appeared in the sky above the sea, drawing closer from afar.
"Look, that black dot—was that Romon and Lightning?" Fafier had sharp eyes and immediately recognized what the distant black dot was.
"Yes, it's Romon. That fellow had finally come back." Only when he saw Lightning's figure did Nick finally set his mind at ease.
In the blink of an eye, Romon rode Lightning above them. Seeing them below, Romon ordered Lightning to land.
"Why were you standing here?"
