"Master, the road ahead... is starting to disappear!" After flying for who knew how long, the light around them had gradually begun to dim.
Romon was weighing what to do next. The matter of that undersea palace truly baffled him, and he had not noticed the subtle changes around him.
If a palace had simply appeared in an undersea world, that would have been nothing. After all, when Romon had been on Earth, it was not as though he had never encountered or investigated such strange phenomena.
But for a palace to instantly shift from an undersea world into such a bizarre region gave Romon a terrible headache.
When he heard Lightning speak, Romon's thoughts did not immediately catch up.
All he could see was a vast expanse of gray. Where had the earlier clarity gone?
