Ron stopped a gang member fleeing the Patrol Bureau morgue and learned that the Ark had sent the gang to recover corpses as experimental materials. As the thug finally revealed that he was rushing back to take an Ability Needle, he transformed into a Void Monster before Ron’s eyes.

• Ron caught the skinny thug after he killed Fathead and tried to escape, then destroyed his law enforcement recorder to interrogate him outside normal procedures.
• The thug said the Ark had ordered them to steal corpses and promised an Ability Enhancement Experiment in return for recovering the experimental materials.
