Background / History

Lu Mi was formerly Yu Tu's lover. Yu Tu abandoned him on a garbage planet and later allegedly pierced Lu Mi's abdomen with the Violet Slaughter Vine, leaving him near death. The betrayal shapes Lu Mi's bitterness and distrust when Yu Tu is transferred to Calamity Planet as prisoner 0456. 5 12

As First Prison's warden, Lu Mi intercepts Yu Tu's scheduled transfer to Second Prison and claims jurisdiction over him. He initially frames this as revenge and prison authority, but immediately intervenes when Yu Tu is injured, dehydrated, and mentally unstable. 5 6

Yu Tu's apparent memory loss and abnormal condition gradually undermine Lu Mi's belief that he is deliberately lying. Lu Mi learns that Yu Tu arrived without his Diamond-Grade Energy Crystal, with only two months of memories, and was likely subjected to experiments involving a lethal dose of Desire Compound. 12 18 27

He is a capable strategist who sees through political deception quickly. He joins Ming Qiuxue's F Plan, stages their rivalry to protect its secrecy, investigates the conspiracy around Yu Tu, and openly defies transfer orders from higher authorities. 18 38 43

Open Defiance and Rebellion
