The second Mecha Master was named Duo Xinyu.

He was slightly chubby and a little short, but he always wore a guileless smile that made him seem easy to get along with.

He held a remote control that looked somewhat like a game controller.

Beside him, a robot twice his size and built like a tank was moving its body with surprising agility. Though the robot looked somewhat rough, it carried quite a few weapons.

On either side of him stood two Mechanical Beasts resembling giant scorpions.

There was also a mechanical dog and more than ten utility robots circling around him.

These robots came in different colors and had different functions. The blue ones could discharge electricity, while the red ones could plant bombs. At critical moments, all of these utility robots could also self-destruct.

Sometimes, even a tiny robot could accomplish something tremendous.

The key was that Duo Xinyu alone possessed a whole pile of combat power.

Duo Xinyu removed several chips from the controller and stuck them onto his hands and temples.

With a slight movement of his fingers, more than a dozen robots began moving at the same time.

One of the main abilities Melee Style needed to cultivate was multitasking.

Controlling all of one's mechs through thought was far from as simple as it looked.

The last one was a Blade-and-Sword Enchanter.

Chen Keyu.

Chen Keyu was the one who had battled the Minotaur alongside Fu Junlin last time.

Although he was somewhat impatient and rather arrogant,

there was no denying that he was one of Class Three's best Blade-and-Sword Enchanters.

In the latter half of his third year of high school, he had broken through to Level-One Master and entered the Entry-Level Two stage.

Aside from his extraordinary talent, this also owed much to his diligence and hard work.

Chen Keyu carried an enormous heavy sword on his back, its broad blade resembling a door panel.

A faint layer of red light shimmered across the blade.

Blade-and-Sword Enchanters were not limited to blades and swords. They attached elements converted from Passive Energy to their weapons, delivering both physical and elemental attacks. Combined with their astonishing physical strength, they were versatile fighters with formidable combat abilities.

The larger the weapon, the heavier its attacks naturally became. Yet when they switched to lighter weapons, they could adopt another set of tactics, making them outstanding close-combat fighters.

And Fistmasters!

They were pure physical-destruction attackers who did not rely on elements.

They excelled at using vibrations caused by Passive Energy to shatter defenses and pierce armor. No one wanted to take a Fistmaster's full-powered punch head-on.

"Move!"

Shi Hongyu checked everyone's condition and was the first to enter the gate of light.

Fu Junlin and the other War Banner Master followed behind the group.

The other War Banner Master was named Chen Zhengfeng. He was chubby and also a fairly capable War Banner Master.

The moment they entered the next Arena Zone, Fu Junlin heard dozens of roars erupt at once.

This Arena Zone was the size of a football field, yet there were more than thirty monsters inside.

The most numerous were giant gray lizards, over twenty of them in all. Each was nearly two meters long.

Both their claws and teeth had become exceptionally sharp and exaggerated.

Their claw tips were practically blades, as though they had evolved entirely into killing machines.

Ever since the Arena Zones appeared, all living things seemed to be evolving toward slaughter, humans included...

The group looked at their eyes first.

Though all these lizards had soul-chilling eyes that made one's entire body go cold after a single glance,

Fortunately, judging by the color of their eyes, they were Level Two Blue-Blood Monsters.

What truly required attention were the three giant wolves with patchy fur behind them. Their bodies were nearly four meters long, and their eyes were red!

The monsters were still some distance away, charging toward them with wave after wave of roars.

Before they even reached them, Fu Junlin could already smell a foul, bloody stench rushing at his face.

"Teleportation Intensity: 68%!"

Shi Hongyu swiftly took out a small device and pressed it in the air. The number 68% immediately appeared on its display.

She shouted a warning to everyone.

Whenever they entered an Arena Zone, no matter when they had the time, they had to determine its rules as early as possible. The most important of these was the Teleportation Intensity.

Only by knowing the intensity could they determine how to fight—whether they could die freely, what injuries would trigger teleportation, and what injuries would not.

With a sharp cry, Shi Hongyu put away the device and spoke rapidly:

"Keyu and Xinyu, clear out the lesser monsters! Leave the three Elite Monsters to me. Zishu, assist me!"

The words had barely fallen.

Shi Hongyu had already punched a leaping lizard head-on.

The lizard's skin looked as rugged and solid as stone, but when Shi Hongyu threw that punch, even the air around her fist seemed to twist from the vibrations.

Her energy source flashed blue.

The mutated lizard's entire body exploded with a deafening boom, bursting apart on the spot!

This was only the second time Fu Junlin had personally witnessed a monster explode before his eyes.

The first had been those self-destructing spiders they encountered a few days ago.

But those had self-destructed.

Seeing something get blown apart by a single punch like this was a first for Fu Junlin.

After all, he had not gone on many missions.

Truly inexperienced.

Then Shi Hongyu spun, her toned long leg snapping up in a beautiful backward kick that sent a lizard flying six or seven meters away.

Following the path smashed open by that lizard, Shi Hongyu sprinted at top speed, charging straight through the pack of lizards!

Any lizard that dared attack from either side was either smashed aside by Shi Hongyu's fist or nimbly evaded.

Because the area was so vast, Shi Hongyu actually managed to break straight through the lizard pack.

"Your target is over here!"

Several lizards tried to turn back and chase Shi Hongyu, but a furious roar came from behind them.

Then a giant flaming sword descended from above. Its blazing red radiance spewed terrifying heat, and the air along its path was filled with the scorched smell of burning.

One lizard was instantly cleaved into, nearly split in two. The blade lodged in its body, and a raging fire erupted from it.

Blue-Blood Monsters did not have Energy Cores inside them, so their corpses were worthless.

The other lizards realized there were more people present and immediately charged toward Chen Keyu.

Crack!

A piercing sound of mechanical grinding rang out as a mechanical dog leaped up from the side.

The mechanical dog's mouth was filled with tiny circular saw blades. Spinning at high speed, they could instantly bore through anything it bit.

One lizard reacted quickly and turned to bite down on the mechanical dog.

It bit down hard, but one of its fangs snapped with a crack. The mechanical dog's waist casing deformed and sparked violently, but it had not suffered much damage.

Yet the lizard with the broken tooth was immediately smashed into the ground by a massive robot's fist.

Then the robot's fist began extending and retracting frantically.

It hammered directly onto the lizard's head—Bam! Bam! Bam! Bam! Bam!

In less than three seconds, the lizard had taken ten punches. Its head was completely planted in the ground, leaving only its tail twitching from time to time.

And beneath the feet of all the lizards, unnoticed by them,

a blue cube-shaped little robot with four wheels underneath rolled beneath a lizard's foot.

Sizzle—

Purple arcs of electricity burst from the blue little robot's hands.

But it was too slow. By the time it attacked, the lizard had already moved its foot away.

The blue little robot was even kicked over in passing.

After struggling for a while, it finally got back up on its own, rolled beneath another lizard's foot, and went, Sizzle...
