Huo Yuhao and the Douluo delegation traveled to Star Luo, uncovering the Human Pills and growing influence of the Holy Spirit Cult. The arc ended with both sides preparing to revise their plan against the cult and the Dawn Society.

• The Star Luo delegation arrived in Skysea City, where Gu Qinghan described Huo Yuhao’s achievements and the visitors explored the Federation’s strength.
• Zhen Hua announced reforms to the Blacksmith Association, opened a Technical Sharing Library, and named Gu Yuena his disciple after she defeated Lin Yuhan in a forging contest.
• Ning Fengzhi revealed that Tong Yu had become the Holy Spirit Cult’s Darkness Kirin and that Tang Ziran, Wulin’s father, had been smuggled from Star Luo.
• Huo Yuhao and Gu Yuena joined the diplomatic mission to Star Luo, where Huo Yuyao warned his companions about the Holy Spirit Cult and prepared for the journey.
• At the ship’s reception, Huo Yuhao and Gu Yuena danced together, and Huo Yuhao discovered that Dai Yun’er’s award was a Human Pill made from a person’s essence, Soul Power, and soul.
• Dawn Society mechas attacked the Soul Tool Train, but Huo Yuhao disabled Ling Hefan’s mecha and the Star Luo authorities later reported that the attack was intended to test the delegation.
• At an auction in Star Luo City, Mo Yan identified the Dawn Society as a Holy Spirit Cult force in disguise and told Huo Yuhao where Dragon Valley was.
• Dai Tianling proposed a joint attack on the Holy Spirit Cult, while Enci and the envoys discussed the cult’s control over Star Luo and revised plans against the Dawn Society.

Huo Yuhao and Gu Yuena claimed Dragon Valley’s treasures before Huo Yuhao helped Star Luo attack the Dawn Society, whose headquarters was revealed as a Tang Sect branch. The arc ended with a Level Nine Fixed Soul Cannon Shell destroying the branch while three Holy Spirit Cult Douluos escaped.

• Huo Yuhao and Gu Yuena entered Dragon Valley with Snow Empress, Xiong Jun, and the Soul Beasts, then discovered Jia Lin and claimed the Heavenly Burning Divine Pestle and Heart of the Dragon God.
• Gu Yuena absorbed most of the Dragon God's power, while Huo Yuhao gained a portion and the Heart of the Dragon God revealed the plane core and Ascending Dragon Pillar's location.
• Huo Yuhao met Xu Chengzhi, rejected his account of the Dawn Society, and learned that the Tang Sect had traded Human Pills, weapons, and Shrek Academy blueprints with Star Luo.
• Huo Yuhao warned Spirit Pagoda of the coming turmoil and developed the Dragon Concealment Method as the Federation delegation and Shrek students arrived for the competition.
• Huo Yuhao and Gu Yuena helped Xu Lingfeng defeat Dawn Society forces, destroyed several bases, and captured Luo Fei as Huo Yuhao turned fallen members into undead nourishment.
• Lin Junjie told Huo Yuhao he had secretly sent Tang Ziran and others to the Douluo Federation, while Xu Lingfeng reported that Dawn Society forces were gathering at their headquarters.
• Passionate Douluo and Huang Zhengyang identified Xuan Shi Tang Sect Company as the Dawn Society stronghold, and Huo Yuhao revealed his Level Nine Fixed Soul Cannon Shell.
• Huo Yuhao launched the shell as the Star Luo army fired a coordinated barrage, destroying the Tang Sect branch while Bone Dragon Douluo helped Blood Shadow Douluo and Magic Scythe Douluo escape.
